Satajet 100 BF RP Primer Gun is an ergonomically optimized spray gun that gives smooth finishes every time. This primer and filler gun works at very high speed thus reducing sanding time for minimum car refinishing. The small size and low weight of the spray gun reduce hand fatigue, permitting extended continuous use. With a nozzle size of 1.6, the gun is ideal for priming and filler work. The nozzle set is 100% hand checked and ensures high-performance SATA quality.
The gun has a smooth, polished surface that enables quick and easy cleaning, including the material passages. The gun has superior material-flow control along with counter nut and enhanced thread found with top coat spray guns.
The air micrometer comes with graduations that adjust atomization air. The gun body is anodized, and the paint needle and nozzle are made out of stainless steel, which make the gun suitable for waterborne paints. The comfortable trigger and low trigger-pull resistance along with integrated paint needle cover reduce cleaning effort and increases the lifetime of needle packing. The CCS-Clip (Color Code System) marks each spray gun individually. The flat-round control single-handedly adjusts the spray pattern to the object. The QCC quick cup connector provides faster cleaning and a quick cup change.
