2.1 VOC two-component urethane primer surfacer designed for overall repair and refinish

• Can be topcoated in as little as 30 minutes

• Mix 4:1 with UPC74 Activator
• No waxy skin to break through
• Can be tinted 
• May be reduced with any of Kirker's ULTRA-GLO Urethane-Grade Reducers or BLACK DIAMOND Low-VOC Reducers
• Can be applied to: steel, galvanized steel and aluminum, as well as factory-finishes, body filler, fiberglass and more
• Can be topcoated with all automotive paints
