These new basecoats are made with the same two-part urethane technology used in Kirker's ULTRA-GLO single-stagepaints, but they are compliant with Federal, State & Regional VOCRegulation, even SCAQMD Rule 1151.

- 2.1 VOC - Compliant in all areas
- Excellent filling capability and superior sandability as a surfacer
