Champ 4008 Frame Pulling Post Kit has a full 10 tons of pulling power with a ten-inch stroke!
The 10-ton pulling post kit includes a pump, a ram, a hose and two chains that are 10 feet in length each. These chains come with grab hooks for easy installation and operation. This kit is balanced so well; it is easy for one person to operate it.
This auto body pulling post kit is easy to set up. Just lace the pull chain over the floating pulley assembly from the front, down the chain retarder. Pull the chain under the idle pulley and attach to the power lever arm. Place the link vertically in the slot in the lever arm yoke. Hook the clevis hook to the chain between anchor pots. Now hook the chain through the secondary safety tie and let it hang loose. Finally, connect the hydraulic pump. Attach pull clamps and pull chain and begin pulling. This kit with its simple, classic design has been a workshop favorite since 1978.
