3M 07333 Adheres to a Wide Variety of Properly Prepared Automotive Substrates Including Steel & Aluminum
This 3M structural adhesive is a perfect two-part epoxy adhesive that you can rapidly cure with heat and provides an extended work time. The impact resistant glue is mostly intended for use in true structural bonding applications when specified by automotive OEMs. It is also recommended for all weld-bonded and rivet-bonded joints immediately after application.
It features a unique color changing technology that indicates when the curing process has begun. The adhesive bead starts silver in color and changes to purple once curing begins. The cured end product remains purple, indicating proper mixing and a complete cure.
The auto body structural adhesive has a higher impact strength when compared to traditional bonding adhesives. Its corrosion inhibiting formula with lifetime corrosion protection ensures long lasting finish. It offers extreme temperature performance and adheres to all properly prepared steel and aluminum substrates.
