Variable Height Catwalk: Part #1438
Before
assembling your Variable Height Catwalk please check that
you have the following parts,
1 Base 60 x 14
2 Adjustable/retractable legs
4 5/16 Bolts
4 1 Ό x 1 Ό Caplugs
4 1 x 1 Caplugs
To
assemble your Variable Height Catwalk, simply follow these
instructions. If
further assistance is needed, please call and well be
glad to help.
- Unpack
all pieces; lay out in an orderly fashion.
Check to make sure that all parts are present.
- Start
with the base by flipping it over so the mesh is
touching the floor.
- To
install the legs, start by selecting which holes you
would like to use.
If you will be placing two catwalks together,
you will want to recess one set of legs so that
theyll butt up against each other.
After selecting the holes, use the 5/16
bolts and nuts to install the legs.
Secure tightly.
- To
adjust leg height: simply pull the detent ring pin,
extend leg to desired height and reinsert detent ring
pin until it clicks into place.
Your
Variable Height
Catwalk is now complete and ready to provide you with
years of trouble free use.
Although every precaution has been taken to provide
you with a quality piece of equipment, it is still
necessary for you to be careful and to use common sense
when using this product.
Make sure that the Variable Height Catwalk is set
up on a level surface, that the legs are fully extended,
that the detent ring pin is securely inserted, and that
the overall unit is stable before ascending.
During use be sure to be aware of where you are in
relation to the edge of the unit.
When you are ready to descend, be careful of your
footing.
