Deluxe Parts Handler Part #1429

  Before assembling your   Deluxe Parts Handler please check that you have the following parts,

            6 – Parts Hooks                                                     1 Trigger Extension Holders

            2 – Cross Tubes  Small                                        1 – Shelf

            2 – Cross Tubes Large                                         1 – Nut & Bolt Shelf

            4 – Painted Tubes                                                  1 – Shelf Holder Right

2 – Bumper Holders                                               1 - Shelf Holder Left

1 - Base                                                                   5 - Prong Knobs

4 - Hex Bolts 5/16" x 3/4"                                       4 - Hex Bolts 3/8" x 1"

4 - Lock Washers 5/16"                                         4 Hex Nuts 5/16" x 18

4 - SQ Plug 1.5 x .060                                           4 Caster Wheels

1 - Wheel w/ Stem

1. Attach four (4) large caster wheels to bottom shelf.
   
2. Attach support arm extension bracket  to base and tighten with tension knobs.  Attach small caster to bottom of support arm extension bracket.
   
3. Slide side support arms into bottom base corner slots.  Tighten with bolts.
   
4. Attach middle shelf with bolts.
   

5. Side parts tray brackets onto front support arms.  Tighten with tension knobs
   

6. Slide top supports onto side brackets, two long for front and back, two short for sides. 
   

7. Install foam covered support arms onto side support arm bracket.
   

8. Place hooks on top of support.
