            1 – Leg assembly                             2 – Ό” x 2 ½” Bolts

            1 – Table Top                                    2 – Ό” Nylocks

            1 – Table Support Leg                     10 – Flat Washers

            2 – 4” Wheels                                    4 3/8” x 10” Rods

            2 – 5/16” x 3” Bolts                            2 – Rubber Crutch Tips

            2 – 5/16” Rev. Lock Nuts                  2 – 3/8” Plastic Tubing Pieces

To assemble your Body Bench simply follow the instructions.  If further assistance is needed, please call and we’ll be glad to help.

1.      Unpack all pieces and check to make sure that all are present.

2.      Unfold the legs.  Keep the nylocks tightened down to avoid the table support bar from flipping backwards. Occasionally tighten the Ό” nylocks.

3.      Locate the two vacant Ό” holes in the front legs and insert a Ό” x 2 ½” bolt through each followed by a flat washer.  The washers serve as spacers on which to pivot the tabletop.

4.      Take the tabletop and line the two vacant Ό” holes up with the Ό” x 2 ½” bolts you previously inserted in the legs.  Insert the bolts through the tabletop holes. Secure with two Ό” nylocks.  Tighten to your preference.

5.      Your mobile Panel Bench is now assembled.  The Detent Ringpin should click into the hole in the leg when in the easel position.  The tabletop can be secured into “Table position” using the two latches on the table support bar.  The 3/8” rods can be conveniently stored in the table support bar.

6.      Rod assembly: to make the plastic tubing easier to slide over the 3/8” rod, simply place a drop of oil or liquid soap inside the tubing.  Place the two rubber tips on the ends of the remaining 3/8” rods.

7.      Wheel assembly: Bolt the 4” wheels to the outside of the front legs using the 5/16” bolts and nuts provided.

8.      The spoiler/bumper attachment slides into the tabletop and is adjustable using the 2 knobs.
