Door & Bumper Dolly: Part # 1415  

Due to UPS regulations regarding box size, your Door & Bumper Dolly has been delivered to you partially assembled.  Although we have a strict quality control program, occasionally errors do occur.  Before assembling your Door & Bumper Dolly, please check that you have the following parts.

            4 – 3” casters and nuts                                           6 –1” square end plugs

            2 – Bumper hooks                                                  1 – Bent rubber coated rod

            2 – Chains                                                               2 – Wing nuts

            2 – ¼” x ¾” Bolts                                                    12 – 1 ½” square end plugs

            4 – Flat Washers                                                    2 – Fender Washers

           1 – Straight Rubber Coated Rods                       1 – Straight rubber coated rod

           1 – Plastic knob with threaded stem

  Also in the Door & Bumper Dolly box, you should have the following:

       1)     Base

2)      Tower w/ 4 adjustment holes

3)     Tower Extension

To assemble your Door & Bumper Dolly, simply follow these instructions.                    

1. Assemble your bumper hooks using the chain and hardware provided. Click” the chain assembly bumper hooks onto the snap links located on the cradle.
   
   

2. Install casters in the pre-drilled holes on the bottom of the unit, using the 4- 5/16” nuts and lock washers provided.  After the casters are secure, seal the ends of the tubing with the square finishing caps.
   
   

3. Place the plunger inside the center vertical tube that extends from the base.  Place the plunger so that the extension arms are extending over the cradle of the Door & Bumper Dolly.  Secure with the plastic knob.
   
   

4. Take the bent and straight rubber coated rods, along with the 2- fender washers, and 2- wing nuts and attach them to the tower extension.  Do so by simply inserting the rod through the gap in the extension and placing the fender washer over it.  Secure with the wing nuts.
